About Salmon Point
Salmon Point Campground is owned and operated by the Town of Bridgton.
Over the years, the Town has developed this 50-plus-site campground into a comfortable, relaxing, and uniquely beautiful corner of Maine’s Lakes Region. Through Salmon Point Campground, it is the town’s mission to provide campers with lifelong memories of rolling hills, beautiful wildlife, and clean waterfront fun that can be shared for years to come.
Each site provides easy access to the shores of Long Lake, including Bridgton’s own Salmon Point Beach. The site also includes two restroom and laundry buildings.
With the Town of Bridgton less than a mile away, your family and friends can satisfy their appetites, visit historical buildings, stroll through Main St. full of many shops and stores, or catch a movie at one of the few drive-in movie theaters still operating in the United States or our Main St. theater. There are many hiking trails, museums, and scenic walks in the area, too.
The full-time campground manager and staff provide daily maintenance and friendly assistance to campers and visitors. We welcome your family as a season-long camper in your RV, or as a destination stop during your family vacation!
All of the campsites at Salmon Point are currently booked, but we would be happy to put you on the waiting list! Download the waiting list application here.
