Daily Construction Update for Friday, October 4, 2019

No significant updates on construction this week. Demolition of the existing sidewalk and new curb construction continues between Elm Street and Portland Road. The contractor will keep working down the north side of the road and hopes to begin pouring concrete sidewalks next week.

The sewer construction has begun at the west end of Main Street (Main Hill).

There will be brief closures of driveways as the conduit trench crosses each driveway but the contractor will work to ensure access is restored as quickly as possible. If any business or property owners have trouble accessing their buildings, please let us know so we can do whatever we can to address your concerns.
