The Bridgton Appeals Board will conduct a Public Proceeding at The Bridgton Town Office, Three Chase Street, Suite 1, Bridgton, Maine on Thursday September 5, 2019 beginning at 5:00 p.m. to consider the following:
An Administrative Appeal filed by David A. Lourie, Law Office of David A. Lourie on behalf of
Susan Hatch, Sigvard and Judy Von Sicard, and Save Kennard Street from the Bridgton Planning Board’s Decision dated May 10, 2019 of the Hotel Bridgton application for a Hotel located at 12 Bacon Street, Bridgton, Maine 04009, on a property owned by Saunders Mill, LLC known as Bridgton Tax Map 22 Lots 85, 86, and 70.
The application is available for viewing at the Bridgton Town Office Monday-Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. All interested individuals are invited to attend at the above place and time to present any legal argument concerning the decision of the Planning Board, but the Board of Appeals will not accept any additional testamentary or documentary evidence related to this matter.
