REQUEST FOR BIDS

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2019 9:00 a.m.

BIDS DUE:  3:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2019

Sealed Bids are being accepted for the Town of Bridgton, Old Town Hall Bathroom Renovations (the “Project”), which consists of obtaining competitive BIDS from responsible and responsive Contractors to;

It is the town’s intention to upgrade and renovate the existing Men’s and Women’s restrooms to include, but not limited to, new flooring, new toilets, new toilet partitions, new lighting, new ADA compliant entry doors, repair and repainting walls and ceilings, addition of lighting in hallways, addition of baby changing stations, installation of new exhaust ventilation and replacement of soap, paper towel and toilet paper dispensers. The existing Men’s room is approx. 10ft by 14ft, the Women’s room is approx. 21ft by 10ft. Work to include entry hall/foyer for each bathroom.

Complete written BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked, “Town of Bridgton, Old Town Hall Bathroom Renovations” to:

Except as provided herein, the Town shall award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible proposal.  To be considered responsive, proposal must provide enough information with their Bids to constitute a definite, firm, unqualified, and unconditional offer.    Contract must be filled out in it’s entirety.
