Notice of Sealed Bid Request for Surplus Land Parcel
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Town of Bridgton Warrant Article Number 33, a sealed bid for the purchase of a 100 ‘ x 160’ (+/-) portion of Town Owned Land deemed as surplus on Map 54 Lot 10; will take place at the Bridgton Municipal Complex, 3 Chase Street, Suite 1, Bridgton, ME 04009 on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.
Terms: The properties will be sold by sealed bid, as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Special Requirements: A survey is required, any and all legal fees, as well as preparation and recording of the deed. All special requirements will be at the successful bidder’s expense
