NOTICE TO BIDDERS – INVITATION TO BID
WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM UPGRADES
The Town of Bridgton, Maine, will receive separate sealed Bids for the expansion of their existing sanitary wastewater collection system throughout the downtown area and along Route 302. The work consists of installation and testing of collection system gravity and force main piping, manhole structures and lateral connections. A nonmandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Owner’s office, 3 Chase St, Suite 1, Bridgton, ME, Attention: Robert Peabody, Jr. at 10:00 am, on Thursday, August 6, 2020. A virtual option to attend will also be available. Bids will be received until 10:00 am, local time on Thursday, August 27, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Owner’s office.
Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at no cost from the Issuing Office, Woodard & Curran, starting on Monday, July 27, 2020. If required, paper copies of the Contract Documents are available from the Issuing Office for a fee.
