Construction Update for Friday, October 18, 2019
Concrete for the new sidewalks has been installed at a few locations including in front of the Chalmers and NAHGA buildings, as well as on the hill past Reny’s. Concrete sidewalk construction will continue on a daily basis (excluding weekends) for as long as the weather cooperates.
There may be brief closures of driveways during concrete sidewalk construction and because some of the driveway aprons need to be rebuilt to ADA standards. The contractor will work to ensure access is restored as quickly as possible. If any business or property owners have trouble accessing their buildings, please let us know so we can do whatever we can to address your concerns.
