On November 21st, 2023 the Bridgton Planning Board voted to accept changes to the Town of Bridgton Subdivision Regulations. This includes the following:

  1. Lot area for development must be on buildable land only.
  2. Lot size is per dwelling unit.
  3. Required vegetative buffer for any subdivision. (Previously Required for Condo, Cluster, and Planned Unit Development Subdivisions, but not for a single home residential subdivision).
