On November 21st, 2023 the Bridgton Planning Board voted to accept changes to the Town of Bridgton Subdivision Regulations. This includes the following:
- Lot area for development must be on buildable land only.
- Lot size is per dwelling unit.
- Required vegetative buffer for any subdivision. (Previously Required for Condo, Cluster, and Planned Unit Development Subdivisions, but not for a single home residential subdivision).
